A college student with an interest in philanthropy, Charles Hampton has volunteered with Toys for Tots and the Special Olympics. Thanks in part to his efforts, underprivileged families were able to give their children gifts for Christmas, and local Special Olympians were able to participate in their events. Charles Hampton attends Long Island University’s Brooklyn campus and studies nuclear medicine technology, inspired by his family members in the medical field.
Professionally, Mr. Hampton recently served as an overnight worker at Target, where he was responsible for unloading the supply truck and stocking the items on the shelves. Currently, he serves at Home Depot as a cashier, combining his attention to detail with his love for customer service. When not at work or school, he listens to music in genres ranging from rap and hip hop to reggae and indie rock. He also practices drawing, especially cartoons, landscapes, and people. Skilled in Korean cooking, Charles Hampton hopes to visit South Korea and other Asian countries.
